Select the design you wish to purchase and choose the size you want (there is a sizing guide if you need it) then simply click on the 'Buy now' button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping because your friend might want one too! When you’ve finished shopping go & proceed to checkout, tick the box that you’ve read these terms and conditions and then pay for your limited edition tee.

Payment
 
We use appropriate security measures via a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and you will not hold us responsible for any breach of security. You can order in complete safety using our secure Internet server. Don't forget to provide us with your e-mail address or phone number so we can contact you quickly if problems arise with your order.
     
Delivery
 
Delivery to the UK mainland is free. Your order will be despatched as quickly as possible subject to payment clearance. Deliveries are normally made to the UK within 3 – 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation confirming shipment. If your order does not arrive in 15 working days for UK orders, 20 for EU and 25 for rest of world after despatch confirmation please contact us. We cannot do anything before these times as they are set by Royal Mail. Email sales@2fifty.com for details, or for delivery outside the UK. A signature will normally be required on deliveries. If you are not available the courier will leave a card advising you how to arrange redelivery or collection.

We reserve the right to charge £3 for the UK mainland and the full shipping fee to resend if the item is returned to us because you could not take delivery.

Privacy and Security
 
We have strict policies and security measures in order to protect your data. You can browse our site without disclosing any personal data to us. Your personal information will not be passed onto any third party except for the purpose of delivery unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or procedure. We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. Cookies are placed/collected to monitor visits but not used to store personal data. We will collect and store information about you to allow us to process and fulfil any order requirements and to provide you with the best possible service. We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. registration.

We will use the data for our own market research purposes.

Individuals registering their details or entering any online competition(s) may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. They will be sent further information via email only and may opt out at any time or on entering.

Information about you will not be shared or transferred to any companies without your consent.

Duties and Taxes
 
When ordering from overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the delivery reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Product availability & design
 
Whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. It is the nature of this site that all designs are printed strictly on a Limited Edition basis.  Therefore you will be informed by email if the design chosen has sold out for another chance to order an alternative design or get a refund. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

The artists who appear on 2fifty.com are paid a commission for each design.  This is a platform for their work to be seen by our planet and beyond.  They agree to warrant that their design is genuine and their own work.  2fifty.com therefore accepts no liability for any copyright issues resulting from an artists designs.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (all labels in tact) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different design or size if preferred.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us.

Faulty Item
 
If the item you received is faulty, please contact sales@2fifty.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Distance Selling Regulations
 
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging, the neckline garment label must not be removed and you must not use/wear them. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.

Force Majeure
 
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Wash all garments inside out and at 30° to protect both the material and environment. Iron inside out to protect the design.
